Content Strategy

We develop the best policies for your campaign by knowing the issues that matter to your voters through our R&D process, discovering the best way for you to holistically communicate to your audience from our continuous improvement models, and growing your base who align with your values. We provide a tailored plan to accurately communicate on various mediums of communications.

Our content strategy is done in six steps:

Create

We begin by brainstorming ideas of how you want to present your point of advocacy for policies. In this step, there are no bad ideas or wrong answers because we ultimately want you to discover your voice to clearly share your values.

Research

Once we have captured your core values, we narrow your options to what will appeal to your voters in order to move them, placing a strong call to action message that is concise and clear.

Measure

Data tracking is vital to continuous improvement. This step, we create two to three ways to track your messaging to ensure that the creative and research steps were done with precision and that the messaging works for your base.

Promote

Strategically placing your message with trusted sources/platforms is very important with media, and we have those relationships both with vendors, media, and other agencies. Building the internal structure to promote your materials is key.

Publish

We set a timeline of when to publish your content and choose the best mediums of communication to reach your constituents. Establishing a rapport with your local vendors and media partnerships is valuable because there is an understanding of your role-out strategy and fitting within your budget.

Optimize

Because we have chosen the best way to reach your current and future voters, we now optimize your message by placing the content at specific times when it will reach the most viewers online or even placing your direct mail at a time when folks will actually read your content. The other important factor  is how much marketing dollars are allocated to reach the right viewership and have a call to action that works for them.
